Questions about plans and credits
Credits are the one currency for every model on Nano Banana. Each image or video costs a fixed number of credits depending on the model and settings, and the generator shows the exact cost before you submit. If an output fails, its credits come back automatically.
Monthly plans bill every month and add that month's credits. Yearly plans cost half as much, bill once a year and grant 12 months of credits up front. Credit packs are a one-time payment with no renewal; their credits last 12 months.
Yes. Subscription credits do not expire, so whatever you don't use stays in your balance. Credit pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. When you generate, the credits closest to expiring are used first.
Yes. New accounts get free credits at sign-up, enough to try several models before you pay. Free credits are for personal, non-commercial use.
Pro and Premium include a commercial license for as long as the subscription is active. Work made with free credits, the Starter plan or credit packs is for personal, non-commercial use only. Some model providers have their own terms, so check them before commercial use.
Open Billing in your account and choose Cancel. You won't be charged again, the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and credits you already received stay in your balance.
Plans can't be switched in place yet. To upgrade, subscribe to the new plan, then cancel the old one on the Billing page; it keeps working until its period ends. If you only need more credits, buy a pack at any time; packs stack with any plan.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or UnionPay, and with Apple Pay, Google Pay or other wallets when your device and region support them.
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have submitted fewer than 10 generations and at least 80% of the purchased credits are unused. Renewals already charged, free credits and discounted orders are not refundable. See the refund policy for details.
No. Each output is charged separately, and any output that fails, times out or is rejected by the model gets its credits back automatically. You can see every refund in your credit history.
