What Nano Banana collects, how we use and protect it, and how you can manage your data.

This policy explains how Nano Banana (nanobanana0.com, "we", "us" or "the site") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use our image and video generation service. Nano Banana is an independent website and is not affiliated with Google or any other model provider.

Information we collect

  1. Account information: the email address, name and avatar you provide when signing up, or the basic profile shared by a third-party sign-in provider.
  2. Sign-up details: your IP address, approximate country or region, browser language, referring link and campaign parameters (UTM) at sign-up. The IP address is used to stop bulk sign-ups from one source claiming the new-user credits.
  3. Generation content: your prompts, chosen models and parameters, uploaded reference images, and the images and videos you generate.
  4. Transaction information: orders, subscriptions and credit history. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  5. Support tickets: the questions and attachments you send through tickets, and our replies.
  6. Technical information and cookies: essential cookies for your session and language/theme preferences, and access logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

  • To run generations: your prompt, parameters and reference images are sent to the model service, and the results are saved to My Works.
  • To calculate and deduct credits, refund credits automatically when a generation fails, and process subscriptions and payments.
  • To prevent abuse, such as limiting how many accounts per IP get the new-user credits and rate-limiting submissions.
  • To answer tickets, handle complaints, and send necessary account and transaction notices.
  • To improve the reliability and experience of the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded images or generated works to train AI models of our own; your creative content is used only to produce the generations and edits you ask for.

Who we share it with

To provide the service, we share what is needed with these providers:

  • Yir, our model gateway. Your prompts, parameters and reference images are forwarded through Yir to the relevant model provider (for example Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Alibaba or xAI) to produce the result. Those providers handle request content under their own policies.
  • Stripe, for payments, subscriptions and invoices.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website and database and stores your reference images and works in R2.
  • Our email provider, for verification, password reset and other account emails.

Beyond that, we only disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the site.

Showcase

Your works are private to you by default. Administrators may pick some works as "featured" and show them on the public showcase page (the work, its prompt and model only — never your email or name). If you don't want a work shown, email support@nanobanana0.com or send us a ticket and we will take it down promptly.

Retention and deletion

  • Works stay in our storage until you delete them. Deleting a work in My Works removes it from your list and from the showcase.
  • Orders and credit records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
  • To delete your account and related data completely, or to export your data, email support@nanobanana0.com or send us a ticket.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, sensitive configuration stays on the server, and only authorized staff can access admin data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password safe.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of this page. We will let you know about material changes on the site or by email.
